Mosul cod. 4 is a 12th century manuscript of the Aramaic Old Testament or Peshitta Tanakh. It is currently located in the Library of the Chaldean Patriarchate in Baghdad. It was translated from the Tanakh or Hebrew Bible.

Mosul cod. 4 is often used as the base text for Psalms 152–155 since these Psalms are lacking in other copies of the Aramaic Old Testament.
